You should have a second channel primarily for english speakers. Its like a completely different type of clickbait. English metadata on videos and when you go to watch the videos its in a language you dont understand. You also should add a disclaimer

Update for English-speaking viewers: All videos that have subtitles or are in English are in a special playlist on my channel called "Available in English". Videos that aren't translated (or checked) don't get added to that playlist
