Ancient Tools B is obtained when you catch Hoo Armor (the ancient fish in The Bush River) you may also get "Vibration Up 1-3" instead, it's randomly picked Spots: Hoo Armor (ancient fish from the bush river): <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_v-gsoQy73c&t=4208">1:10:08</a> (time: evening) Quamail (ancient fish from the big tree): <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_v-gsoQy73c&t=22220">6:10:20</a> use the green warp zone to get there (time: morning)
